Senior HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a high energy, employee focused, hands on HR Director-level human resources professional to join our manufacturing and management team located in Tulsa, OK.

The Senior HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions is a critical role with tremendous growth potential. The Sr. HRBP will work in-office and offer an exciting opportunity for the right person to impact aspects of Human Resources such as support of corporate functions, employee engagement activities, performance management and organizational development. This role will report to the Vice President, Human Resources - Business Segment Perimeter Security.

What you will be doing:

Work closely with the resident Corporate HR team to strategically plan, provide guidance, and maintain an engaged, high performing organization.

Primary HR support to the Ameristar Perimeter Security manufacturing site and its service centers (RDC) nationwide

Command the employee facing/customer service aspect of HR, ie: policy guidance, corrective actions, employee development.

Manage communication announcements, projects and promotions throughout ASSA ABLOY Business Segment Perimeter Security.

Develop continuous improvement strategies that improve Human Resources outcomes and metrics.

Partner with leadership to support a world class hybrid/on premise work environment utilizing strategic and innovative people and talent solutions.

Lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Information Systems.

Lead the open enrollment & Employee Survey (VOE) processes.

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and federal, state and local employment requirements and ensures compliance, consults with legal counsel as appropriate.

Work with the VP, Human Resources to continuously improve corporate efficiency and effectiveness; drive growth and savings; and cultivate a departmental and corporate culture focused on company and team values.

Coordinate with Safety (EHS) on Worker’s Compensation claims, including light duty, return to work and legal activities.

Addresses employee concerns and issues by collecting all relevant information, researching solutions and determining best possible outcomes for consideration.

Assist with implementation and administration of human resource practices and procedures regarding orientation to the company, training within the Company, and departure (exit interviews) from the company

Abide by, support and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, PSG policies and procedures and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.

The skills and experience you need:

10 years of progressive HR leadership experience (High performance work systems preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required

Willingness to travel up to 25%

Knowledge of and/or experience in developing and championing performance management and employee development

Must have held a senior HR role with responsibilities that included Salary Administration, Benefits Administration

Experience with Worker’s Compensation Program Management

Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

Ability to have flexible work hours to accommodate all shifts

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Ability to multi-task

Must have highly developed organizational skills
