Aerotek Lead Process Operator in Twin Falls, Idaho
We are looking for Lead Process Operators to join our team assisting with the training of employees, maintenance, and other operational tasks! Job Description
Oversee the daily operations of the processing and handling facility
Assisting with the training of employees
Ensuring the safety of location employees
Performing maintenance/operations related tasks
Responsible for compliance with food and facility safety requirements, inventory management and control, and quality assurance
Maintain the facility in a sanitary and suitable condition to meet our company expectations
Compensation
- $25-$27/hr. (depending on experience and certifications)
Shift
- 8 hour day shift Monday-Friday

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years related work experience including minor equipment maintenance
Knowledge of plant operations
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong and effective communication skills
Experience with a variety of MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
