What you can expect as an Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Home Care Coordinator at St. Luke’s:
Primarily work with adult patients
Travel to Wood River as needed
Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams
Working with a diverse caseload of patients with various levels of acuity daily
Qualifications:
Education: Degree from an accredited program.
Experience: 2 years relevant experience
Licenses/Certifications:
Valid license to practice occupational therapy in state of practice.
Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
