Summary
The Sr. Manager of Warehouse Automation and Technology will be responsible for providing structure guidance on how our warehouses operate, the technologies we will be utilizing going forward, and an overall strategy on maximizing our footprints and leveraging all technology and automation within the industry.
Responsibilities
Deep understanding of industry trends and capabilities in the automation and technology infrastructure space. Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of warehouse automation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Lead the integration of advanced technology solutions, including robotics, AI, IoT, and other automation tools, to enhance warehouse operations. Collaborate with technology vendors and partners to identify, evaluate, and implement the best solutions for our warehouse automation needs. Ensure all automation and technology solutions comply with industry regulations and safety standards. Working across the operation teams engineering teams, the CI teams, the warehouse and logistics teams to ID, develop, and implement solutions that drive productivity and improve processes. Influencing leadership mindset can drive to conclusions expensive and expansive projects to conclusion. Key contacts across the industry to leverage best in class technologies as well as best in class processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. Master’s Degree or MBA strongly preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in warehouse automation, technology integration, or a related field, Project management skills and experience Master communicator to be able to outline vision, implement strategy and sell to the broader organization. In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems, robotics, AI, IoT, and other automation technologies. Experience, knowledge and proven success with a food or CPG company. Obsession and passion for excellence! Strategic thinker and problem solver with excellent business judgment. A financial and analytical acumen with experience in setting strategy, leading transformational change, and major project management. In addition, experienced in designing and improving business processes to increase operational efficiency.

Compensation Range: $118,400.00 - $177,600.00, plus bonus.
