Job Description
CLASSIFICATION SUMMARY
Coordinates the work system in the office; plans, organizes, and controls the quality assurance function including
preparation, communication,coordinationand storageof data to supportquality assurance andoperations;monitorwork
processes and evaluate and improve the outcome, coordinate administrative functions, and issue various assignments.This
is a working supervisor position responsible fortraining and oversight of allfunctionswithin the administration department.
Depending on assignment, specific duties of each job will vary and oversight of other departments within TARC may
berequired.
The primary function of this position is to: oversee the daily operations of the assigned area; supervise subordinate
employeesand provide guidance, trainingand support to team members when issues or problems arise;performquality
assurance of all TARC programs and streamline processes; provide oversight of all administrative duties; creating,
implementing and improving programs; preparing and maintaining files; completing and overseeing data
processing; monitor and oversee compliance with rules, regulations and procedures; oversight of all grant expenditures
and monitoring compliance with grant expectations.
Schedules and coordinates meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities; performs research and generates
reports; prepares internal support materials and reports; and may perform bookkeeping and accounting. Quality
Assurance Supervisor will directly report to the Executive Director, with latitude allowed for independent judgment and
initiative.Work is usually performed in an office environment.
Duties / Responsibilities

Assists the Department Head in the operation, supervision, and direction ofTARCDepartmentquality
assuranceprograms;

Provides training and supervision forAdministrativestaffregardingjob duties and all systems within TARC
Audit client files, staff documents, accounts payable and accounts receivable, program compliance, and electronic
healthrecords;
Reviewspaperwork from staff on specificservices, assuring quality assurance andcompliance;
Tracks and recordsaccountsreceivable and accounts payable, assuring quality assurance andcompliance;
Performs quality assurance on documents andfiles;
Administrator for assigned grantsand provides oversight on allgrants;
Monitors budgetfor grants, assuring quality assurance andcompliance;
Prepares reports monthlycontainingbillings,collections, service delivery, and staffproductivity;
Provides administrative support to Executive Director, Clinical Supervisor andTreatmentTeam;
Maintains personnelrecords;
Assistsin coordination between departments and operating units to resolve day-to-day administrative and
operationalproblems;
Serves as a resource in decision-making and policysetting;
Ensures funds collected are accounted for and dispersed asrequired;
Ensures the accuracy of dataentered intocomputerizedsystems;
Coordinates personnel actions in relation to hiring, discipline, and termination, including recruitment
andselection, for assignedstaff;
Oversees completion of necessary paperwork including salary approval forms and other personnel related
documents, for assignedstaff;
Supervises, plans, directs,trainsandmonitorsthe work of assignedstaff;
Prepares and processes files with appropriatedocumentation;
