Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Service Advisor at Honda Of Tysons Corner. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operations of our service department. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing the flow of vehicles in and out of our service department. This is a full-time, individual contributor position in the auto industry, located in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in scheduling service appointments - Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle and provide updates as needed - Conduct vehicle inspections to identify any service or maintenance needs - Provide accurate and detailed estimates for service and repair work - Ensure that service department operations are running smoothly and efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any concerns or issues - Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry safety standards - Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends - Support the sales team by identifying and promoting service and maintenance opportunities to customers Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry - Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time-management and organization skills - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications - Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes and terminology - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Valid driver's license and clean driving record EEOC Statement: Honda Of Tysons Corner is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
