Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager focused on Talent Acquisition Experience to be responsible for leading solutions for the continuous improvement of our overall practices and experience of candidates and Hiring Managers. The person in this role will also assist with tracking measures of success (KPIs) as well as Projects and change management. This job requires collaboration with a range of stakeholders to ensure best practices are embedded in our ways of working, making IFF a talent destination of choice.

The preferred candidate should balance experience with Project mgmt. and data insights. It will be also valued for creative and collaborative profiles with experience in global or multinational companies.

You will spend your time …

• Identifying opportunities to TA, leveraging data and suggest priorities based on strategic goals, business needs, and business impact.

• Optimizing and streamline TA processes globally, end to end, to provide the best application & selection experience for candidates (internal and external) and hiring managers.

• Proposing change mgmt. approach for validated changes that needs to be introduced.

• Managing own projects and programs timeline, define goals and create deliverables for multiple TA strategic initiatives. Provide guidance to Project leaders and teams.

• Partnering with HR reporting and analytics team on reporting and auditing needs, such as having dashboards reflecting TA KPIs and regular reporting reflecting key and relevant data points.

• Producing content for Training material to Recruiters and Hiring Managers, facilitate some sessions.

• Supporting tailored employer branding strategies to position IFF as an employer of choice, working closely with Regional TA team, internal comms. team and D&EI.

• Monitoring IFF social media activity and job board platforms suggesting actions to improve jobs visibility/attraction, making it easier for talent to know more about our organization.

Job Requirements

What you need to be successful:

• Exceptional customer focus, with curious mindset, passion for forward thinking, willing to explore new possibilities and drive for successful results. Able to think strategically and execute with agility.

• Strong project management skills to be able to manage a variety of Projects at same time, managing large-scale talent programs and projects, including systems, tools and technology.

• Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture, is comfortable with reporting and data analytics.

• Solid written communication and presentation skills, ability to facilitate and manage change, ability to work effectively across geographies and cultures, establish relationships and influence others.

• Broad knowledge of equal employment and affirmative action regulations, related to compliance as well as current trends and best practices in different parts of the world. Social media savviness.

• Possess a high standard of ethics and confidentiality to manage sensitive information. Demonstrates strong professionalism, and courtesy while collaborating with others.

• 8 years professional experience being 5+ years with similar scope in in the field of TA UX/EX, Talent Acquisition or talent mgmt., Employer Branding/Communications, HR project management.

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant HR, business, engineering/tech., marketing or communications field.
