Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating machinery as per the instructions, ensuring efficient production processes. Key responsibilities include machine setup, controlling and adjusting machine settings to meet quality and efficiency standards, feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines, inspecting parts with precision, testing the operation of machines, maintaining activity logs, troubleshooting problems, performing basic repairs and maintenance, keeping work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety guidelines, communicating any machine malfunctions or irregularities, monitoring and managing inventory of materials, collaborating with team members, participating in training and development, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Hard Skills
Manufacturing experience
Ability to read a tape measure
Monitor machine producing equipment
Machine Operating
Have working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, tape measure etc.)
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals

Job Type
This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
Clean work environment in a state of the art facility. Fast paced, deadline driven. Training is done on 1st shift for a few weeks. Working hours are from 3rd shift (Sunday night into Friday morning 9:30pm to 6am). There is no overtime at this time but it may be available in the future.
