Honeywell Assembler - Level 2 in Urbana, Ohio

As an Assembler 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assembling components and products according to specifications. You will work as part of a team to ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of products, contributing to the overall quality and success of our operations.

You will report directly to our Supervisor and you'll work out of our Urbana, OH location.

In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the timely and accurate assembly of products. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Under moderate supervision, this position is responsible for the assembly of electronic equipment. Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly. May conduct quality inspection on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions. At the intermediate level, follows defined procedures and processes using various equipment in order to complete tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble components and products according to specifications

• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• 1st shift schedule: Mon-Thurs 4x10 with overtime

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
