Job Title: Machine Repair Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Machine Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in maintaining and repairing various types of machinery within hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment.
Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment such as programmable controllers.
Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.
Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
Fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures.
Essential Skills
5+ years of machine repair experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience with wiring, valves, and piping.
Ability to operate manual machining tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine.
Proficiency in welding and cutting metal parts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with fastener/header/roller/threader/screw maintenance.
Machining capabilities with tools such as Bridgeport, grinders, and lathe.

Work Environment
The shift is from 6 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Thursday. The environment involves working with various machinery and equipment, providing a hands-on and practical experience. Overall clean work environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
