The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing Maintenance Technician in Utica, New York
The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Utica is currently seeking a maintenance technician for a Full-time with E/O/W-
(Temp. position that eventually could turn into permanent) Candidate should be able to work with Electrical and Plumbing.
This is 6am-2pm
Duties Include:
Will be supervised by the Director of Maintenance.
General knowledge of electrical, plumbing
General maintenance experience required
Moving materials from room to room etc.
Requirements Include:
Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs.
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to work in the United States.
Must be able to work as a team member.
Must be able to work alone
Must be willing to work weekends.
Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.
HVAC certification a plus
