The Service Coordinator for the Aseptic Filling division of Cytiva is responsible for the first point of contact for our customers. Service Coordinators triage and prioritize customer questions and issues and work closely with the Remote Support team and Customer Success Account Managers to ensure customers receive support and resolution in a timely manner as appropriate to their SLA.

This position is part of the Customer Service located in Burnaby, BC and will be a hybrid role, eligible to work from home 2 days a week. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate service activities such as Remote Support, Installation, PMs, etc, with customers and internal stakeholders, following documentation requirements such as creating service cases, Work Orders, RMAs, etc

  • Maintain and update equipment installation base, customer contacts and contract status in our CRM system which may include shifts outside regular 5-day work week and occasional travel

  • Provide regular internal updates on service activities, monitor completeness and accuracy of data for metrics and engage in continuous improvement initiatives, such as implementing new processes and equipment

    Who you are:

  • High School diploma (or equivalent) with 5 or more years of demonstrated work experience in a customer-facing position such as customer service or Technical Support

  • Demonstrated ability to assess criticality and set priorities in relation to support contract status

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and computer skills including report writing

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • A post-secondary degree or equivalent diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Trades or an Electronic Technician/Robotics program is an asset

The annual salary range for this role is CAD58,000 - CAD66,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
