Providence Health Plan is calling an Associate Operations Specialist who will: Be responsible for providing support for the Health Plan Operations department in the key areas of: Imaging/Scanning of claims and documents Entry of claims data Perform all duties in a manner that complies with the accuracy and efficiency standards established by management Possess the collaborative skills necessary to perform within a team environment Please note the following important detail regarding this role: This position is affiliated with Providence Health Plan and will be tied to a location and compensation range in Beaverton, Oregon Please note the following important details regarding this position: This role is an onsite position that will report onsite daily as scheduled This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below: Oregon: Beaverton Work Week: Monday - Friday Work Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm Required qualifications for this position include: 6+ months of experience using a personal computer, data entry operations or 10-key by touch Experience working on a PC in the Windows environment Preferred qualifications for this position include: Work experience in medical insurance and knowledge of medical terminology and CPT/ICD-10 Preferred work experience my include: Administrative Office Experience, Internship Experience, Retail Experience, Banking Experience, Call Center Experience, Healthcare, Housekeeping: EVS, Nutrition Services, Data Entry, File Clerk, Other: Customer Service Why Join Providence Health Plan?
