Key Activities & Accountabilities
The Senior Warehouse Operator II is responsible for:
• Daily execution of warehouse tasks (but not limited to) requiring specific certifications:
o Driving of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) requiring specific license(s), obtained through training by 3rd parties
o Preparing and execution of Dangerous Goods shipping and Declaration (DGD) that require an IATA Cat. 6 certificate, Signing off DGD by individual and taking personal accountability for the shipment
o Trainer on the job, gained knowledge of various processes (incl. exceptions) through experience over an extended period • Execution according to productivity and quality targets • Execution according to the applicable work instructions • Execution according to the training received, not specifically covered in workinstructions • Recording tasks performed (system as well as forms), checking activities of colleagues, in accordance with regulation • Training people for the applicable work and ensure people have the correct (documented) qualifications • Check and document effectiveness of the training to guarantee people work and are able to work according to Stryker’s customer, efficiency and compliance standards • Adhere to and champion Stryker’s norms, values and CDC Venlo’s house rules with a strong emphasis on safety and quality
