Lone Cedar Inc Insulation Foreman in VERNAL, Utah
Lone Cedar, Inc. is seeking a qualified Insulation Foreman to join our team. All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test. All employees are subject to a 90 day probationary period.

* ESSENTIAL* FUNCTIONS:
- Supervise a crew of insulation laborers.
- Prepare daily work tickets summarizing work performed, materials used, costs and charges, etc. Safely work in a potentially hazardous environment.
- Measure, cut, and fit insulation for covering surfaces around obstructions, and shape insulating materials and protective coverings as required. Work with tools, powered hand tools, and machinery used in the trade.
Perform other duties as needed.
Job Requirements
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License
• Two (2) years of experience in the insulation trade, and one (1) year of supervisory experience highly preferred but not required.
• Ability to think, analyze and act strategically.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, well organized.
• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach with arms, kneel, push/pull 50 lbs.
• Ability to work effectively with both employees and managers.
• Ability to convey a positive and professional image to employees and customers.
