Position Summary

As a Senior Analyst in our Performance Acceleration Team, you will have the opportunity to work on projects in our factories worldwide. You will collaborate with team members from various departments, from front line to senior leaders including Factory members, R&D experts, and Corporate teams, to add significant value to the people and business. Your focus will be on implementing operations improvement, digital solutions and developing skills in our global factories. Although your contract will be based in Switzerland, the role involves working in multiple project locations.

A day in the life of a Performance Acceleration Senior Analyst:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders worldwide on comprehensive projects and engage with individuals across all levels, from the shop floor to corporate senior management, to drive continuous improvement in factories globally.

  • Take on a co-leadership role and provide coaching for initiatives aimed at optimizing manufacturing performance

  • Manage cross-functional improvement projects leveraging Nestle's scale for benchmarking and knowledge sharing.

  • Foster global collaboration with R&D centers to expedite project implementation and drive innovation in factories.

  • Develop operational competencies inside our factories.

What will make you successful

  • A Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience working in a factory environment, including roles in production, quality, engineering, or similar areas. Previous experience in line management is a plus.

  • Passion and demonstrated ability to effectively lead projects, coach and develop diverse and multicultural teams.

  • Proficiency in English, along with fluency in one or two major languages.

  • Enthusiasm for international travel and a desire to build an international career in the manufacturing industry.

  • Positive mindset with a proactive approach, high level of energy, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to collaborate as part of a team.
