Primary Responsibilities

• Provides “hands-on” practical day-to-day direction to drivers and contractors

• Ensures Safety and DOT Compliance standards are enforced

• Works closely with Vendors to ensure that all service and maintenance standards are met

• Works closely with internal customers and staff in handling all day to day issues that arise and ensuring “world class” customer service standards are met and exceeded.

• Manage logistic the fleet (diesel and CNG) and operating equipment to maximize efficiencies

• Maintains (and repairs when necessary) all on-site equipment and surrounding areas.

• Maintains the security of the site always.

• Manages team of maintenance personnel to ensure all safety standards and repair needs are met for the entire fleet

• Responsible for upholding company brand standards for diesel and CNG operations and sites

• Responsible for implementing and executing all operational programs

• Manage CNG daily dispatching function for sites

• Manage compressor station operations and personnel.

• Enforces pre- and post-trip standards for all drivers and conducts routine field safety audits

• Prepare for and facilitate Monthly Safety Meetings

• Involved in the hiring, training, coaching and discipline of drivers

  Management Responsibilities

• Overall management, professional development, training of 70+ drivers and field staff

• Interview and make hiring decisions on potential candidates

• Work closely with organization’s Leadership team

  Education and Professional Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 4+ years of experience in the following areas: CNG, logistics, frac, maintenance industry, fueling industry, cost management, personnel management, job planning/scheduling, etc.

• Knowledgeable of CNG operations and equipment

• Knowledgeable of DOT compliance and Safety Standards

• Ability to respond on a 24/7 day basis to emergency situations

• Ability to dispatch company fleet

• Experience managing minimum of 20+ drivers and maintenance personnel

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience with multi-state and logistics (preferred)

• Experience supplying CNG, LNG, propane, or liquid fuels is an advantage

• Experience in the Bulk Transportation industry (preferred)

• Subject to random drug and alcohol testing
