Responsibilities
Full time direct hire opportunity
Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as grinding, ensuring adherence to production specifications.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and other mechanical documents to understand job requirements.
Translate technical instructions into computer commands for machine operation.
Load and unload parts onto machines, ensuring correct setup and alignment.
Conduct test runs to verify machine output meets quality standards and specifications.
Adjust machine settings as necessary to optimize production and achieve the desired results.
Monitor machine operations, making real-time adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished products using precision measurement tools to verify compliance with quality standards.
Perform daily maintenance checks on machinery to ensure proper functionality and prevent downtime.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
