Thai Corner offers healthy Thai cuisine made from fresh produce with a taste true to the roots of Thailand. Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks will perform the following duties:1.Prepare and cook Thai specialty foods, such as curries, soups, sauces, roasts, noodles, and stir fries, while incorporating unique ingredients and fresh herbs and spices, as well as important Thai seasonings, such as lemongrass, lime leaves, Thai basil, coconut milk, tamarind, and fish sauce;2.Cook food quickly and efficiently to meet the demands of restaurant turnover and customer needs while keeping a consistently good taste and the traditional Thai aesthetic plating;3.Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met;4.Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety; and5.Check stock levels and order supplies.SALARY: $38,979/yearRequirement: 24 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2 years of experience in Thai cooking).Please send resume to Thongthai Corner LLC dba Thai Corner 1843 E Wheat Rd.
