Job Title: Test Engineer, LeadJob Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Engineer, Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting tests on lab-based systems, including component level testing, full-scale testing of the integrated system, and regression testing. Additionally, the role involves integrating physical components such as computer hardware, networking hardware, software defined radios, software, user terminals, and ancillary equipment into a single cohesive lab-based system. This position requires an active secret clearance and involves 5-10% travel.
Hard Skills
6+ years of experience as a test analyst, systems engineer, test engineer, or similar
6+ years of experience in the design, development, production, or testing of electronic, electro-mechanical, and/or hydro-electronic equipment
Ability to obtain and maintain an active secret clearance
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite at the naval base lab in the Dam Neck area of Virginia Beach.
