Properly package and ship all daily aftermarket orders Create FedEx and UPS shipping labels for both domestic and international shipments Crate and palletize shipments when applicable Prepare and issues domestic and international shipping paperwork Determine the most cost effective and efficient shipment method while still hitting OTD requirements Receive, confirm, and record all daily shipments Move shipments to designated receiving areas Reports and follows up on damaged goods claims Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments Daily use and editing of company workflow matrixes and database Document and dispatch photo upload/organization Provides additional support to Logistics Department when required Maintain an organized and clean work area Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures Job Requirements At least 2 years of experience in a similar role required. High School Diploma or GED Must be able to obtain forklift license Ability to communicate and write effectively Reliable and self-motivated Ability to integrate into a positive team culture Able to work overtime as needed Able to pass background check and drug screening Experience driving a Forklift is a plus Physical Requirements Work in a climate-controlled factory Stand continuously for long periods of time Wearing of safety clothing and equipment is required Able to kneel, bend, crouch and climb ladders to access various parts of a machine Able to lift-up to 60Ibs Work Environment Air-conditioned warehouse with concrete flooring.
