The InterContinental Hotels Group® properties in Dubai Festival City consist of four hotel brands. These include the luxury brand InterContinental, the superior upscale Crowne Plaza, the lavish long-stay InterContinental Residence Suites and the vibrant mid-scale Holiday Inn. In addition to over 1000+ bedrooms, the four properties boast a selection of high quality restaurants and bars, an impressive 3,800 square meter Event Centre across two levels, the 5,000 square meters Festival Arena by InterContinental, the luxurious Spa InterContinental, state-of-the-art gymnasium and swimming pool facilities. A little taste of your day-to-day

• Prepares arrangements and vases for guestrooms, functions, and public areas.

• Replaces, maintains, and delivers arrangements and vases as required.

• Keeps flower arrangement containers clean and in good condition.

• Attends to external customers and guests courteously and promptly while maximising sales.

• Prepares floral arrangements for in-house wedding parties as required.

• Assists in taking inventory of equipment and flowers.

• Maintains the working area and equipment in a proper state of cleanliness and repair.

• Reports guest complaints to a senior team member immediately.

• Complies with the hotel’s health, safety, and hygiene policies and adheres to personal grooming and hygiene standards.

• Attends meetings and training sessions as required.

What we need from you

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar environment (4-5* hotel).

• Basic level of spoken/written English.

• Hygiene Certificates.

• Full eye details.

• Flexibility in shifts .
