Wellness
I will fully embrace, implement and safeguard the Wellness overall philosophy, concepts and programs that are the pillars of wellness such as Eat With Six Senses.
I will safeguard the programs such as Sleep With Six Senses and Grow With Six Senses and make sure that this program and all other brand initiatives are fully embraced within the Rooms department. All aspects of these wellness initiatives will be adopted and implemented throughout the operation.
Sustainability
Sustainability is at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. As Residents Concierge, I will ensure all directives on environmental protection and preservation, re-usage and minimum wastage, purchasing and packaging such as the abolition of single-use plastic by 2025, social responsibility and all other practices documented in the Sustainability Guidelines are followed in the department to maintain a harmonious and sensitive approach to our environment and cultural surroundings.
Main responsibilities will be as follow:
Act as main point of contact for our Resident Owners, requiring hotel services.
Manage the consistent delivery of guest services for our Resident Owners, in accordance with the Six Senses brand standards
Interact and communicate with key departments on the integration of services provided to residents and act as coordinator between Residence Owners and operational departments of the hotel to provide the best services
Show willingness to assist residents and management whenever requested
Provide our residents with full access to all the attractions, activities products and services in Crans-Montana
Continually identify residential preferences through conversation and knowledge of residents requests and update Residence Owners profiles accordingly. Inform hotel team of any changes
Coordinate Move In and Move Out of Resident Owners
Supervise the work of the Residential Public Area attendant whenever necessary (in relations with Housekeeping Manager)
Ensure regularly that Residential Areas are clean and maintained
Send a quarterly Residential Newsletter to our Residences Owners with updated and information about the property and destination
Be knowledgeable and ensure all departmental colleagues are knowledgeable about all the arrivals, departures and events in the hotel and residences each day.
Keep records of all bookings, requests, reservations and confirmations for residents
Organise regular gathering for Resident Owners
Coordinate with Corporate Office on compliance, rules & regulations and guidelines whenever necessary and apply them to the property.
