Position Overview
Working in the Marketing Services team, you will support the Growth Marketing Innovation and Lifecycle (ILM) Team, a dynamic group leading data-led engagements across the full customer lifecycle. Consistent with our team's commitment to activate campaigns, including validation and testing of journeys/campaigns, is where you will spend most of your time. This is a remote position and you will be reporting to the Marketing Services Manager based in the United States.
Responsibilities
Consult on technical feasibility and limitations of existing platforms
Review campaign/journey design and recommend changes
Build GTM audiences in our CDP and last-mile execution systems (Marketo, Sendwithus)
Manage the export of customer data from the CDP to execution systems for message personalization
Maintain knowledge of marketing preferences and email best practices
Suggest process improvements to increase speed and quality of execution
Build orchestrated journey logic
Develop marketing programs in execution systems
Meticulously validate and test for expected results before go-live
Ensure activation of marketing campaigns, resolving any issues promptly and consistently communicating with partners
Keep statuses current in our campaign management tool
Perform pre- and post-launch analysis ( preference for SQL skill)
Work with both marketers and technical teams (ability to speak both "languages")
Review data dictionaries and catalogs to maintain Autodesk data proficiency
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience in marketing or marketing operations
Proficiency in understanding data and automation processes
Knowledge of how a marketing automation system and a customer data platform work and their impact on an organization
Service-oriented; customer-focused and meticulous attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and punctuality are key to success in this role
A positive attitude, curiosity, willingness to share knowledge, and strong communication skills are highly valued in our team
Experience in working independently and managing multiple projects is essential for this position
