As an Enterprise Architect, you will play an integral role in our organization, operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and innovation. You will work closely with business leaders, product managers, product owners, and product delivery teams to enhance understanding of the company's capabilities and guide the development of strategic plans. Services Portfolio Reference Model: Develop and maintain the overall services portfolio reference model, aligning it with business and IT strategies.

Standards and Principles: Define, disseminate, and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards and guiding principles for architectural frameworks across all business units and domains.

Architecture Requirements: Translate business priorities into architecture requirements, ensuring a balanced approach across all domains, including business, information, solution, and technology architecture.

Target State Architectures: Regularly review the enterprise architecture landscape to ensure progress towards defined target state architectures, considering business growth and technology evolution.

Global Initiatives: Identify, plan, and lead global initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of the enterprise architecture, considering aspects such as cost, benefit, and risk.

Risk and Opportunity Management: Proactively identify risks and opportunities in the enterprise architecture landscape. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks and capitalize on opportunities.

Global Roadmaps: Build and maintain global enterprise architecture roadmaps, illustrating the transitional states between current and target architectures.

Vendor Ecosystem Evaluation : Regularly evaluate our vendor ecosystem, assessing the quality of services, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with our enterprise architecture strategy.

ARB/DA Reviews: Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) or Design Authority (DA) meetings to review initiatives for alignment with architectural principles and guidelines.

Investment Planning: Lead strategic investment planning activities, aligning them with enterprise architecture strategy. Evaluate potential investments for their impact on the architectural landscape and their ability to drive the business towards its strategic goals.

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role, with a focus on enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or a related IT field.

  • Experience in project delivery, engineering, HR, ESG, finances and sales capabilities

  • Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across different levels of an organization.

  • Broad knowledge of business processes, technologies, and applications relevant to our industry.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with an ability to see the 'big picture'.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven experience in managing complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs.
