Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

Location: Kimpton BEM Budapest

About Us:

We are a five-star superior hotel on the Buda side, looking for a Reservations Supervisor who can support the reservations team in the newly opened Kimpton BEM Budapest!

A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Leading the reservations team to provide truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes

• Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone

• Overseeing the taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings

• Anticipating guests’ needs to offer tailored recommendations and exceptional service

What We Need From You:

• Hungarian residency and fluency: Ability to communicate in Hungarian and English

• Communication skills: Guests will contact you with concerns and compliments, so you’ll need to be easy to talk to

• Problem-solving skills: Turn bookings into opportunities!

• Fluency in multiple languages: Extra language skills would be great, but not essential

• Literate and tech-savvy: A good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths, and computer skills is necessary
