To ensure the proper gowning & De gowning practices.
To ensure the compliance of the followings :
Environmental monitoring ( Temperature , RH & pressure differential of the area)
Cleaning of the area and equipments, filter & calibration of balances and also ensuring gauge of the equipment are calibrated.
To follow all safety precautions during work.
Checking the item codes, AR no and quantity of the dispensed packing materials as per the packaging order.
To follow the relevant SOPs and PI of the product taken for primary and secondary packing.
To follow the Good Documentation Practice for all relevant documents such as BPR filling, different type of log cards filling.
To ensure the concern machine are within due date of preventive maintenance.
