Oracle CSS Cloud Co-Prime in Ireland

Job Description

Core responsibility:

  • As a co-prime operating in a field sales rep territory you will responsible for delivering your assigned quota for new and expansion OU / CSS Cloud and Managed Services which enable timely go live and improved adoption for customers.

  • Determining territory whitespace and executing business development activity to build 4 x target pipeline cover.

You will be able to:

  • “Hunt” for sufficient pipeline cover and deliver your allocted $ quota in each Financial period.

  • Run independently to identify and prioritise new opportunities, effectively engage with the wider CSS team to develop new or expansion deals for CSS adoption and service solutions.

  • Input and maintain the pipeline at the correct stage and value in the CSS forecast tool.

  • Sell consultatively, providing credible advice and guidance on the value of CSS adoption, service and education solutions.

  • Create and run go to market initiatives.

  • Maximise customer success, outcomes and revenue opportunities for Oracle through articulation of CSS Services relevance and opportunity for value.

  • Develop and maintain high quality professional relationships with customers, partners as well as Oracle sales and leadership.

  • Lead information gathering sessions specific to CSS Services, to better determine the CSS role in opportunities.

  • Provide summary information on deals worked, success stories and lessons learned.

  • Document key wins and outcomes (references)

Essential Skills and experience:

  • A business hunter with ability to display positivity, initiative, self-motivation and promote these qualities within the broader team.

  • Demonstrated history of strong sales, consulting and collaboration skills. The ability to work within complex sales and delivery cycles and with multiple stakeholders.

  • Highly developed presentation and public speaking ability.

  • Proven time management and prioritisation skills. Able to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

  • Cognitive ability to listen, understand, and respond concisely to complex questions and validate that the response is understood.

  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, needs analysis, positioning, scoping and business justification.

  • Demonstrated understanding of standard business processes and customer business in general.

  • Ability to travel within the UK in accordance with Oracle prevailing travel advice and as required in fulfilment of the role

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales or consulting experience within the IT industry. Previous experience selling services in a professional services organisation or SI preferred.
