Description We are offering an opportunity for an HR Recruiter to join our team. This individual will act as a technical point of contact within our HR Workday implementation and contribute to various HR-related systems. This role is based in a virtual workplace in Pennsylvania, United States.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with HR Business Partners to define HR processes and how they will function within the framework of our HR Cloud System

• Contribute to technical projects related to platform extendibility, data integrity, and other HR-related systems

• Provide tier 3 escalation for system support cases

• Execute process improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and/or major variations from established policy

• Translate functional requirements into technical documentation to support specific implementation scenarios, reports, or queries

• Support, document, and maintain Workday configuration of third-party vendors for our HR Platform functional footprint

• Assist and collaborate with technical teams in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades or patches

• Work with Quality Assurance team to ensure all necessary testing is accounted for and documented

• Provide feedback regarding the best possible user experience for application users

• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Requirements • Proven experience in the Human Resources (HR) Administration field, particularly in a recruiter role

• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Experience in Policy and Compliance review and implementation

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to design and execute HR projects

• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate HR policies and procedures

• Proficient in Workstation Support and Auditing

• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and their integration into HR systems

• Experience in Configuration Management, particularly in an HR context

• Ability to handle attendance and employee queries efficiently and professionally

• Strong research analysis skills, with a focus on Quality Assurance in HR processes

• Proven ability to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

• Knowledge of various HR methods and their implementation

• Ability to execute HR tasks and projects as per the set guidelines
