About the role:
The role involves managing sales reporting and maintaining the CRM database. You will provide sales support by creating quotations, handling deliveries, and preparing submissions. Coordination with the sales team for various support activities is essential, as is planning sales forecasts and analyzing sales reports. Additional responsibilities include preparing tax and LC documents, coordinating material logistics, and managing internal approval requests. Strong organizational skills, advanced proficiency in MS Office and SAP-ERP, and excellent time management and communication skills are required.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Coordinator , You’ll be responsible for:
Maintain CRM database and manage sales reporting
Provide sales support by creating quotations, handling deliveries, and preparing submissions
Coordinate with the sales team for support activities and sales and demand forecast planning
Analyze reports on quotations, sales, bookings, backlog, and stock
Prepare Advance Tax Proforma and LC documents
Coordinate material arrival and dispatch with the logistics team
Handle internal approval requests with strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, and advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP-ERP systems
Minimum Requirements:
3 years of experience in a sales coordination role
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in SAP
Saudi female candidate
Fluent in Arabic and excellent English skills
