Our client, a global networking technology company, is seeking a Business Operations Analyst . As a Business Operations Analyst, you will work with global teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Managers, Offer Managers and Global Licensing Operations.
Job Title: Business Operations Analyst
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr W2
Contract: 12+ months
In this Business Operations Analyst role, your primary responsibility will be to respond to licensing escalations including determining how many users the customer has purchased, defining what license needs to be issued, troubleshooting licensing problems, and other licensing escalation response tasks. Offer Managers, and Global Licensing and Operations).
Responsibilities:
Create documentation that supports these functions.
Work closely with the product management teams responsible for these products.
Licensing escalation support including HCS, Enterprise Agreements and other Collaboration licensing escalations.
Licensing support/customer support for post sales operational issues.
Supports business metrics and reporting on a quarterly / monthly / as needed basis.
Performs data analysis tasks on customer order and license histories.
Supports sales and marketing efforts as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Highly organized, detail-oriented and possessing a high level of integrity.
Team player that works well in collaborative and matrix management situations.
Strong analytical, problem solving and financial skills and can clearly articulate complex and abstract ideas.
Strong Excel and data skills.
Proven Operations and Customer Support background.
U.S. Citizenship required.
