Ultimate LLC Civil Foreman in United States

Ultimate LLC is looking to hire a foreman level candidate that must have general foreman experience, but Civil Highway Sign installation or Highway Guardrail installation experience is preferred. The position will essentially be a Civil Construction Foreman Position. This is a traveling position; you will be gone 200 days out the year. Eventually, we would like our candidate to consider relocating to the Nashville, TN area. We pay $2500 to help you relocate. We try to have you back on Friday every week and we usually leave out on Sunday or Monday. We will also look to get you your Class A CDL ($8,000 course - We pay) as well as your Mobile Crane Certificate ($10,000 - We pay for it)

Employment Requirements:

- 18 years of age or older

- Valid driver’s license

- ANY industry experience

Job Description:

An upper-level position with advancement opportunities that requires physical labor, project management skills, and excellent communication skills on job sites.

Job Compensation:

- Full Time - 85K - 100K

Per diem - Paid Hotel + $25/day

Job Conditions:

- Extreme heat or extreme cold

- Travel with overnight stay

Job Responsibilities:

To include, but not limited to:

- Managing and motivating a crew of employees -- organize, plan, and prioritize work needed to be done

- Processing information on the job (i.e. reading blueprints, reading tape measure, understanding specifications, understanding work orders)

- Maintain a safe working environment – ensure all subordinates wear PPE

- Familiarity with layout of signs and sign footings

- Familiarity operating surveyors’ level

- Operating construction equipment (i.e. forklifts, skid steers, bucket trucks, mini excavators, digger derricks, crane trucks etc.)

- Maintaining and repairing equipment on site

- Communicating with DOT officials, subcontractors, general superintendents, and home office project management

- Perform jobsite housekeeping – manual labor, general material handling, tool/truck organizing

- Submit weekly paperwork to superiors (i.e. timesheets, safety checklists)

Basic knowledge of phone apps and computers*

Willingness to work with crews to demonstrate how to accomplish project completion
