We are currently seeking a Process and Facilities Engineer-Crushing for our site in Charleston, TN.

  What you will do:

  This position will provide Mechanical Engineering support and services as necessary to provide for safe operations, and maximum availability of production units and/or infrastructure and utility systems.

• Support availability of production units at required capacity and quality.

• Drive and support continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, and cost.

• Create maintenance procedures to improve reliability of equipment.

• Manage or support spare parts for equipment within Crushing Department.

  What we need from you:

• B.S. degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical preferred)

• 0-3 years of related experience

• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a relevant Mechanical engineering field

• Experience with automated packing Equipment, Sieving and Sorting, HVAC, and Conveyor Equipment

• Experience with Solid Works or similar software

• Objective judgement and fact-based decision-making approach.

• Capability to professionally deal with changing priorities and requirements.

• Team player attitude.

• Strong multitasking competency.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams.

• Ability to perform and succeed in an environment of schedule and cost pressure.
