Cogent Infotech Customer Service Representative I in United States

  • Manager would like to see stable work history, at least 3 years call center experience and any experience as a lead, quality or training

    NOTE: Candidates will need to work all 5 days in the office for the first 2+ weeks to have them shadow others in the office before moving to a hybrid schedule.

  • SAP and B2B experience is highly preferred

  • Manager would like candidates to be tested on the following and have results posted with resume

  • Computer skills Excel/Word

  • Customer service scenarios

  • Making sure if they have SAP or Salesforce: please elaborate how they used those systems.

    Job Description:

  • Position may include receiving and placing telephone calls, performing data entry, maintaining customer relationships, processing and shipping of electronic and manual orders for our major retailers and serving as customer advocates to those retailers, and corresponding regularly with Field Force, NYO personnel, Brand Ops, MSL, Manufacturing, I&C, PIM and Physical Logistics.

    Qualifications:

  • Position requires college degree or equivalent work experience preferred, a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Customer Service, proficient skills in MS Office Suite, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail, flexible work hours, knowledge of SAP a plus. Assignment Details:

  • Type: Long-term

  • Schedule: Banker's hours (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM), with limited weekends and optional overtime.

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

  • Role Description:

  • Customer Base: Primarily B2B environment, interacting with Sales teams, doctors, and physicians. The role emphasizes relationship building and the ability to handle difficult situations.

  • Work Environment: Not a typical call center. It involves tracking and resolving issues, managing different brands, selling, conducting surveys, and managing accounts, including national accounts.

  • Required Skills:

  • Strong computer skills, including copying, pasting, and uploading files or documents.

  • Any certifications or tests validating computer skills (Excel, Word, Customer Service Scenarios) are beneficial. {We need to come up with a test for our subbed or new candidates to get shortlisted and interviewed)

  • Stable work history.

  • Prior experience with SAP and Salesforce.

  • Conversion to Permanent Employment:

  • L'Oréal aims to convert contractors to permanent employees.

  • There is an 80% chance of conversion to a permanent role with L'Oréal.

  • Location:

  • Office is located in Lancaster.

  • Candidates must be comfortable with a hybrid schedule and commit to working in the office at least 3 days a week. Note - Manager will share a few behavioural questions soon with suppliers.
