Honeywell Electrical Field Service Supervisor in United States

Supervise a Field Service Installation team for Honeywell Intelligrated, a global leader in automation and integrated end-to-end solutions for manufacturing, distribution and fulfillment operations. As Field Service Supervisor you will apply your leadership skills to improve team performance. You will ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will define team expectations and communicate those to stakeholder. You will act as mentor to train and develop future managers.

This is a 100% travel position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise team activities and performance to check for quality control and safety on conveyor/sortation systems installation

  • Collect and report performance metrics

  • Develop team and team members

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Assign and supervise project work

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $83,200 to $105,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 95,700 - $119,600. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. MUST HAVE

  • 5 years Electrical experience

  • HS Diploma/equivalent

  • Ability to travel 100%

  • Experience in automation controls (conveyor/distribution systems, building automation, industrial automation,

  • manufacturing automation, etc.)

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

WE VALUE

  • Journeyman electrician license

  • Previous experience in conveyor/sortation technology

  • Formal experience as a lead or supervisor
