AS AN INTERNAL COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST, YOU WILL:

  • Partner across the organization on key communication initiatives and develop an integrated communications plan

  • Develop and deliver employee communications, including newsletters, videos, presentations, SharePoint sites and surveys

  • Ensure consistency in key messages, voice and themes to reinforce organizational goals, culture and values

  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports for executive review

  • Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries

  • Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed with attention to detail

  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism

  • Organize and maintain executive files and records

  • Actively seek out opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by executives

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field, or equivalent an equivalent combination experience.

  • 3-5 years experience in an Executive Assistant or Internal Communications role

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional organization and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced user with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role

Vilter offers the latest products and solutions for industrial refrigerators and oil and gas compression. Approximately 275 employees work in Cudahy, who all support a multitude of business functions.
