Job Summary

We’re looking for a IT Systems Integrity Specialist to join our Global Wealth & Asset Management (GWAM) Technology – Vulnerability Management Team. In this role, you are expected to provide data analysis including governance, compliance and reporting against IT security vulnerabilities and the supporting data.

Key Responsibilities

  • GWAM certificate management governance including tracking and reporting to ensure compliance with IT certificate renewals to avoid system outages

  • Coordinate with IT Owners and squads across GWAM Technology, Global Information Risk management, Enterprise Technology Services and other 3rd party vendors

  • Manage and maintain vulnerability and certificate data sources and server inventory for accuracy and completeness, including ServiceNow, Qualys, etc.

  • Assign accountability to Vulnerability Remediation Owners and track their progress

  • Produce current state and trend reporting and conduct detailed Vulnerability data analysis from numerous sources

Qualifications

  • Education: High School/Senior High/Vocational Course/1-year completed in a Bachelor's program with relevant work experience of at least 2 years; Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply

  • Experience: At least one to two years of relevant experience

  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)

  • Shift Schedule (Night): Amenability to work on the assigned schedule (dependent on business need)

  • Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:

  • Excellent analytic skills and strong attention to detail

  • Strong organization and facilitation skills

  • Excellent English communication (both written and oral)

  • Strong presentation skills for different audience levels

  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel using pivot tables and v-look ups
