Eagle Harbor, LLC , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Lead Financial Management Analyst to support our government client.
Responsibilities:
As the Lead Financial Management Analyst is responsible for work performance and supervision of the daily work operations.
Provide subject matter expertise on General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and Army financial policy.
Provide subject matter expertise of Army policy and SAP process on complex reimbursable operations across the Army Futures Command (AFC) enterprise to assist Government employees in the implementation and integration of these policies and activities into GFEBS, GFEBS-Sensitive Activities (SA) business processes and existing or new capabilities/functionalities.
Provide financial analysis, financial metrics, policy compliance audits, and data analytics.
Provide financial reporting for the AFC Enterprise, and expert advice on tracking Congressional inquiries and other items within GFEBS.
Provide support for all phases of Programming, Planning, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process and provide reports as requested that draw data from systems. Including, but not limited to GFEBS, GFEBS-SA, STANFINS, Standard Operation and Maintenance Army Research and Development System (SOMARDS), CEFMS, and Army Programming, Budget, and Execution (cPROBE).
Requirements:
US Citizen
Active Secret Clearance
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Bachelor’s degree in finance
Five years of experience and proficiency in General Fun Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and GFEBS-Sensitive Activities (GFEBS-SA) functionality
Knowledge in Army financial policy and SAP process for complex Army Reimbursable Operations across the Army Futures Command (AFC), and Army Science and Technology
