The Finance & Accounting Managed Services team provides support by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities, transforming finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimising use of technology, and efficiently using resources to deliver cost effective, high quality services to all stakeholders. The team delivers core finance & accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance and Controls, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and Treasury.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our FP&A Managed Services financial analytics team. This role will be responsible for driving the sales and solutioning of outsourcing services for FP&A analytics. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of financial analytics design and development, best practices for creating actionable analytics, and market-leading business analytics technology. A strong consulting background within planning and forecasting, financial analysis and modeling, and developing an analytics center of excellence within a CFO organization is highly desired.

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in FP&A, with a focus on outsourcing services and consulting, specifically in financial analytics;

  • Have knowledge of financial analytics design and development, best practices for creating actionable analytics, and market-leading business analytics technology;

  • Proven expertise in planning and forecasting, financial analysis and modeling, and developing an analytics center of excellence within a CFO organization;

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and develop business relationships, with a track record of achieving sales targets;

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to provide innovative solutions;

  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines;

  • Proficiency in market-leading business analytics tools and technologies, as well as relevant software and tools for financial planning and analysis;

Additional Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales efforts for our FP&A outsourcing services focused on analytics, including identifying potential clients, creating, and delivering compelling proposals, and negotiating contracts;

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their FP&A analytics needs and challenges and develop customized solutions that address their specific requirements;

  • Utilize your deep understanding of financial analytics design and development to architect comprehensive outsourcing solutions that drive actionable insights and enhance decision-making capabilities;

  • Stay updated on best practices for creating actionable analytics, emerging technologies, and market-leading business analytics tools, and incorporate this knowledge into the development of innovative service offerings;

  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients, advising on analytics strategy, performance metrics, and reporting standards to optimize their FP&A operations;

  • Drive operational excellence within the FP&A Managed Services team, ensuring seamless service delivery, adherence to service level agreements, and continuous improvement of processes;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships;
