The Finance & Accounting Managed Services team provides support by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities, transforming finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimising use of technology, and efficiently using resources to deliver cost effective, high quality services to all stakeholders. The team delivers core finance & accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance and Controls, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and Treasury.

Our Financial Planning and Analysis Managed Services (FPAMS) team will provide you with the opportunity to act as an extension of our clients' business office. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our FP&A Managed Services team, specifically focusing on FP&A operational processes. This role will be responsible for managing and solutioning outsourcing services for FP&A operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of FP&A processes, best practices, and operating models, with a strong consulting background in planning and forecasting, financial analysis and modeling, and target operating model design within a CFO organization.

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, with a focus on outsourcing services and consulting, specifically in FP&A operational processes;

  • Knowledge of FP&A processes, best practices, and operating models, with a proven track record of successfully implementing operational solutions;

  • Demonstrate expertise in planning and forecasting, financial analysis and modeling, and target operating model design within a CFO organization;

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects, ensuring high-quality and timely results.

  • Demonstrate communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

  • Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to contribute innovative solutions;

  • Experience in mentoring and developing a team, fostering their professional growth and driving their performance;

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines;

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in FP&A operations, such as financial planning and analysis software, ERP systems, and data visualization tools;

  • Manage the delivery of our FP&A outsourcing services focused on operational processes, ensuring high-quality and efficient execution of projects

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their FP&A operational needs and challenges, and develop customized solutions that optimize their processes and enhance performance;

  • Utilize your deep understanding of FP&A processes, best practices, and operating models to contribute to the design and implementation of comprehensive outsourcing solutions that align with industry standards and client expectations;

  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to FP&A, and incorporate this knowledge into the development of innovative service offerings;

  • Provide guidance and support to a team of analysts and consultants, fostering their professional growth and ensuring their capability to deliver exceptional operational solutions;

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, methodologies, and tools, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our managed services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction with our services;
