Public Partnerships LLC Mid-Level Business Analyst - US Remote in United States
Duties & Responsibilities:
- We are seeking A Technical Business Analyst (TBA) in the healthcare industry serves as a crucial link between healthcare business stakeholders and IT departments. The TBA will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining technical requirements, and ensuring IT solutions comply with healthcare regulations and align with business goals.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technical business analysis role, mostly in healthcare industry
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Conduct gap analysis to identify system deficiencies and propose improvements
Collaborate with software developers, system architects, and other IT professionals
Ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible, comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and align with business objectives
Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights and updates with a focus on healthcare-specific needs
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation
Provide training and support to end-users
Develop user manuals, training materials, and operational guides
Execute test plans to ensure that system meet business and technical requirements
Serve as the primary liaison between Business and technology.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess project success and lessons learned
Experience with software development methodologies
Knowledge of database management, SQL, and data analysis
Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; agile certifications is a plus.
·Understanding of Healthcare domain is a plus
·Strong understanding of software development methodologies
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
·Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
·Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence is a must
·Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau
Working Conditions:
Full Time.
Remote:
Work Hours – 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern.
