Join us as a Renewal Account Manager working out of your home office in the United States, and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward.
This will be a 4 month temporary assignment to start. Due to team location, those in EST or CST zone are preferred. The DX (Digital Experience) team is currently looking for Renewal Account Manager to join our Sales organization. As a member of the Account Maintenance team you will be responsible for following up with clients to assist them with renewing their licenses as well as identifying potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and have the drive to succeed!In this role, you will:
Contact clients about their renewal plans
Coordinate renewal tasks with internal teams, including: Account Management, Finance and Legal
Collect and prepare data related to customer’s existing contract and product usage
Support Account Management by identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities
Perform post renewal tasks such as booking orders, and maintain accurate records of renewal opportunities and contract records
Your background:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
Applicable experience in a sales or similar renewals based role
Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thorough
Strong interpersonal skills
CRM Experience
Experience with Microsoft Office
