    AAA Travel Sales Associates support member sales and service on multiple levels, by handling incoming calls and/or emails related to commodity travel products such as hotel, air and car reservations.

    In addition, AAA Sales Associates in our Travel Contact Center also:

  • Serve members and clients on the telephone, email, and web chat by providing Air, Car, Rail & Hotel reservations. A concentration on Diamond Elite and Preferred vendor products is required.

  • Book and council members on domestic hotels and cars.

  • Operates and is familiar with applicable automated airline reservation and ticketing system.

  • Provides best possible customer service and meet or exceed established production goals.

    Do you have what it takes to be a AAA Travel Sales Associate:

  • This is a work from home position, candidates must live within our territory ( ·Connecticut ·Delaware ·Indiana ·Kansas ·Kentucky ·Maryland ·New Jersey ·Ohio ·Oklahoma ·Pennsylvania ·South Dakota ·Virginia ·Washington, DC ·West Virginia)

  • 1 year Retail Sales and/or Travel experience.

  • Work experience to include Invoicing.

  • Must be able to work one weekend day each week (shorter hours) - steady schedule. Choice of schedules.

  • Extensive knowledge of worldwide geography.

    Work Schedules : (TBD) 1st shift with one weekend day to be included with less hours.

    Training requirement : (TBD) Monday - Friday (9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST) for the first 5 weeks. Work schedule will begin after training is completed. Paid Training. All computer equipment provided by AAA Club Alliance.
