Project Description:

As an IT Delivery Lead, you will serve as the primary technical liaison and leader for our IT projects. The role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Through your expertise in IT project management and deep understanding of technical requirements, you will drive the development and implementation of innovative IT solutions that align with organizational goals and deliver exceptional value to our stakeholders. You will be the main point of contact for the clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates, feedback, and guidance. In this role you will also be involved in business development, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of IT projects and services for clients, ensuring that they desired functionality and value to the company

• Partner with the technical delivery teams to drive the end-to-end project execution and assist in resolving blockers

• Coordinate and communicate with the clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates, feedback, and guidance

• Ensure that the project deliverables are aligned with the strategy and desired outcomes

• Propose ideas to improve project delivery as a whole, to ensure consistent on time, on budget, quality project delivery

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to the project team members, and foster a collaborative and positive work environment

• Contribute to the business development, proposal writing, and contract negotiation activities

• Stay updated with the latest IT trends, best practices, and technologies, and apply them to the project delivery

• Participate and/or lead large or complex technical projects

• Comply with corporate and departmental policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Code Blue, Compliance, HIPAA, Computer Responsibility, Accreditation Standards, Attendance, Staff Qualifications and Quality

This role is equivalent to an Account Delivery Leader in our world as they are responsible for ensuring that the accounts they support get the services they need from other teams internal and external teams.

    • Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects and services on time, within budget, and with high quality

    • Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.

    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the project team and stakeholders.

    • Advanced PC proficiency

    • Basic proficiency in spreadsheet, database, flow charting, and word processing software
