The Role:

The primary responsibility for this role is to create and implement marketing strategies and tactical plans for key brands within the Citeline business. You will own demand and lead generation activities, working closely with SDR and sales teams to drive high-quality lead flow, using a multi-channel marketing approach.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the end-to-end process of developing and executing marketing campaigns. You will align on product strategies and business objectives to develop campaigns, content marketing plans, and deliver performance reporting on key KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the segment stakeholders – Product Management, Editorial and Enablement teams to take GTM strategies and develop campaigns and programs based around solution/product objectives.

  • Develop new marketing qualified leads meeting MQL quantity and quality standards, leveraging the full marketing mix.

  • Identify and define the most commercially attractive target markets and customer segments to achieve the strategy. Develop marketing programs that address their specific needs

  • Work with thought leadership, digital and campaign managers to develop program solutions for campaigns – Always-on and tactical

  • Collaborate with the content and event marketing teams to support content marketing campaigns and ensure our event presence is on brand and aligned with the event attendee personas

  • Create campaign briefs that articulate the company’s unique ability to deliver value to the market, to drive key product strategies and roadmaps (new product offerings / product enhancements) and work with the campaign delivery teams to oversee the subsequent delivery of the campaigns

  • Work with the digital customer experience team to coordinate and track SEO, SEM and Social Media campaigns, develop content and campaigns based on keyword research

  • Keep abreast of industry relevant information to gain a deep understanding of prospects, customers and competitors and how that might impact on marketing messaging

  • Plan and maintain marketing budgets for all segment marketing activity

  • Oversee campaign performance and analysis to ensure campaigns are optimized and performing against business objectives

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years experience of B2B email & digital marketing (multi-channel) and demand generation experience, working closely with Go To Market, Product Management and Sales teams

  • Experience in implementing marketing strategies that have provided insight and understanding of customers, competitors, and value propositions, utilizing all aspects of the promotional mix across all marketing media.

  • Excellent written and oral communication with advanced copywriting skills

  • Strong project management skills, creative thinking and analytical ability

  • Strategic understanding of marketing automation and lead scoring.

  • Strong customer focus – able to identify different customer/market segments, various buyer types, and develop marketing programs that address their specific needs.

  • Experience of planning and maintaining campaign budgets, capturing ROI and applying learning on an ongoing basis.

  • Data-driven, with strong analytical skills, able to provide complex data analysis and draw conclusions based on the analysis which inform marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Results-driven – ensure that marketing campaigns fulfil strategic goals and drive the required business results, constantly seeking to improve business performance, with the energy and tenacity to address bottlenecks and barriers.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and public speaking skills

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
