ICONMA, LLC Systems Engineer - Modeling and Simulation in United States
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with a focus on modeling and simulation of missile systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Key Responsibilities:
Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
Conduct analyses at all levels of the total system product, including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance is REQUIRED
Proficiency in C++ programming related to modeling and simulation applications.
5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with no more than 15 years of experience.
Proficient in operating in Linux environments.
Proficiency in Python, Matlab, and scripting languages such as Bash.
Experience in Guidance, Navigation, and/or Controls disciplines is highly desirable.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
