As a Technical Business Analyst with Jack Henry Digital, you will have the exciting opportunity to work directly with our engineering and product teams and find the best solutions to meet our customers’ needs!

This position will be filled to work at remotely within the U.S.

The target salary range for this position is $62,500 - $120,000, based on location and experience.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicate effectively, gathering requirements from key business stakeholders and translating them to actionable engineering requirements.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders like software engineers and product teams to ensure accurate and effective implementation of functional requirements and maintain a well-groomed product backlog based on business needs and requirements.

  • Serve as a resource and/or participant in business process re-design activities. Assist the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.

  • Support system implementations through the project lifecycle by performing application, system, and regression tests, analyzing, and documenting.

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

    What you'll need to have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Analyst role gathering and documenting user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.

  • Experience with internal and/or third-party API integrations, reading and interpreting API documentation, and using SOAP and REST API testing tools.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. An individual should have high energy and be a creative thinker in a changing environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong desire to learn.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

    What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or IT.

  • Experience with digital banking platforms and developing financial services software.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.

  • Experience with performing quality assurance testing.

  • Desire to be creative and provide innovative solutions for our clients.
