Description

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Vista, CA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients and healthcare partners, providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person.

Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

· Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and effective solutions

· Provide accurate information about our products and services

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

· Document customer interactions in our database

· Identify and escalate potential issues to management

· Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

· 1-2 years of customer service experience in the medical industry or a related field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and empathy

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

· Medical terminology knowledge

· Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)

· Bilingual or multilingual skills
