The Sales Associate ensures all customers have a fantastic experience with San Jose Jewelry and All In Faith Jewelry. They must focus on the customers' needs at all times and be able to communicate with both the customer and other departments/team members/management to ensure orders are processed accurately. Timeliness, communication, and accuracy are critical to performing the job duties; therefore, arriving on time and ensuring all customer communication is performed on time is critical. Responsibilities: Bilingual with Spanish is plus Be on time and clock in/out according to your schedule. Ensure all customer communication is completed according to store policies. This includes but is not limited to: return voicemail and answer phone calls, ensure emails/tickets/messages are answered/replied to before leaving each day. Open and close the store/showroom according to store policies. Assist with restocking/inventory needs according to store policies. Completed ring inspection according to store policies. Assist with repair jobs according to store policies. Ensure all orders are shipped according to company policies. File invoices according to store policies. Clean the office/shop according to store policies.
