Actalent Program Manager in Wall, New Jersey

Job Title: Program ManagerJob Description

The Program Manager is tasked with overseeing the adherence to objectives set by management and the contractual agreements with customers. This role involves full ownership of the business plan and financial authority within the given responsibilities. Key duties include establishing the program's framework, translating program objectives to functional departments, managing the program team, and ensuring all program facets such as performance, cost, quality, and timelines are managed effectively. The Program Manager will also interface directly with customers to foster sales opportunities, develop action plans, and facilitate business growth. This role is crucial in piloting development and sustaining programs, managing risks, coordinating department interactions for timely delivery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, responsibilities cover managing the bid/no bid phases, ensuring SOW compliance, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the program lifecycle.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wall Township, New Jersey.

Work Environment

The role is based at a dynamic site with 100 colleagues and three other Program Managers. It requires onsite presence five days a week initially, potentially moving to a flexible schedule with two days work-from-home after six months. The position involves approximately 15% travel to locations including Europe, China, Mexico, Germany, and France, catering to demanding internal and external customers.
